My experience could've been good of they would have done exactly what I paid them to do. One day I paid for an alignment to get done and when I left the dealership that day is was better but not good. Everyday it started getting worse again so I took it back. They supposedly did an alignment test and said it was good but I knew it wasn't. I took it to pep boys who does free alignment checks and they told me my car was not aligned. Keep in mind I have a 6 month old and driving a car like that isn't safe. I called to advise the manager I didn't get what I paid for and she said no one could fix it that day and to come in another day. She then called me back 10 mins later saying "we're just going to give you a refund". Like who does that. I'm tempted to make a report to the BBB bc of the carelessness. That is not good business tactics, at all. If I could give zero stars I would.
